COMMITTEES
Hot Springs Village takes advantage of the
wealth of talent and knowledge that our property owners posses through our
committee structure.
There is one developer committee, the
Architectural Control and eight standing committees, Common Property &
Forest, Golf, Governmental Affairs, Lakes & Water, Public Works, Recreation,
Research & Special Projects and Trails.
Committee's are made up of property owners in
good standing with expertise, knowledge or a background in the committee
they apply for. In addition to the volunteer members the Board of Directors
assign a Board Director and the General Manager assigns a Staff Liaison to
each committee.
In most cases, committee members serve a
three-year term and meet once per month. Committee members serve from April
until April, unless a vacancy occurs during the year.
