Not course, but courses! Hot Springs Village has eight 18-hole courses and
one 27-hole course. With more than 160 holes, there is a golf opportunity
for players of all skill levels.
So
how do you make your tee time? There are three ways for property owners to
schedule a tee time:
The first way is through the
LOTTERY
-
Property owners can enter a lottery request up to
14 days in advance of the requested date of play and can be made for 2 to
16 players.
-
Submitted requests to the lottery will be
assigned a tee time five days before the day of play.
-
An e-mail confirmation will be sent at the time
of the request as well as after the assignment.
-
To enter a request, choose the date, courses,
earliest time, latest time, preferred time, and member ID numbers of each
golfer in the group.
-
All golfers included in a lottery request must
have purchased the annual tee time reservation system.
The second way is through
CURRENT
times
The third
way is through ADVANCED
times
-
An advanced
tee time may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance and is reserved for
non-resident property owners* and resident property owners with
guests.
-
A non-resident property owner is defined as those who reside
outside the following contiguous counties in Arkansas: Garland, Saline,
Pulaski, Hot Spring, Johnson, Pope, Logan, Van Buren, Conway, Faulkner,
Scott, Yell, Perry, Lonoke, Polk, Montgomery, Howard, Pike, Grant,
Jefferson, and Clark.
-
A property owner who schedules tee times for
guests is not required to play in the tee time; however, the property
owner is responsible for their guests.
Sponsored Guests/CCI Reciprocal
Members
-
Sponsored guests or CCI reciprocal members may request tee times by
calling central reservations or any golf shop 48 hours in advance.
-
A
sponsored guest must have an issued confirmation/reservation number in
order to make a tee time.
-
Photo
identification is required upon check-in to play golf.
