Ponce de Leon Center encompasses three separate
areas connected by a porte cochere: Ouachita Activities Building,
Casa de Carta, and Woodlands Auditorium.
Ouachita Activities Building
The Ouachita Activities Building was built to
accommodate meetings and encompasses 4,500
square feet of meeting space. The facility is available for rent and can be partitioned for a variety
of purposes.
Many clubs and organizations meet in the
facilities and business seminars are also common.
The Hot Springs Village Property Owners’
Association Board of Directors meet in the Ouachita Activities Building
twice a month for board work sessions and meetings.
A newcomers coffee, sponsored by the Property
Owners' Association and hosted by the Hot Springs Village Recreation
Committee is also held at the facility.

Casa de Carta (501.915.9296)
Casa de Carta (House of Cards) is a 5,700 square
foot facility used by the Village Card Club for bridge. The card club has
scheduled play Mondays through Saturday and some Sundays.
The Village Card Club is the largest bridge club
in Arkansas. Classes in all levels of bridge are offered throughout the
year.
Beginning bridge classes are offered at various

Woodlands Auditorium
Woodlands Auditorium is a 650-seat performing
arts center located across the porte cochere from the Ouachita Activities
Building. Woodlands is host to a variety of cultural and entertainment events
including Broadway shows, ballet, symphonies, big band, opera, as well as
performances by Hot Springs Village thespians, choruses, dancers and instrumental
ensembles.

The Hot Springs Village Concerts Association was
formed 18 years ago to bring professional artists to Hot Springs Village at
an affordable ticket purchase price. Five shows are presented each season at
