Call 911 in an emergency

Security is a top priority in Hot Springs Village. Village police officers meet all state minimum standards for law enforcement, including certification from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy and state required training and follow-up training.

Hot Springs Village police officers are commissioned in Saline and Garland Counties. To provide additional security, the Hot Springs Village Police Department has multiple Law Enforcement Assistance Agreements with both Garland and Saline Counties.

911 reminder: If you call 911 by mistake, stay on the line. Let the dispatcher know you do not need police assistance. There is not a fine, nor penalty for making a mistake.

If you hang up and do not let the dispatcher know everything is okay, a police unit must be dispatched to check the call.

Hot Springs Village has a full police force with officers who are commissioned by both Saline and Garland counties.
