Sanitation/Recycling The Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association provides sanitation and recycling to residents of the Village. Sanitation Fees (2008) Curbside - $26.70/bimonthly At house - $36.40/bimonthly Special pick-ups - $17.65/per pick-up
