Research &
Special Projects The Research and Special Projects Committee
studies, reports and offers recommendations relative to financial matters of
the Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association that are assigned to
the committee from time to time.
The committee consists of seven members
appointed to three-year staggered terms. The members are: Paul Wirtz, Tom
Elliott, Gerald Vaden, Larry Ebner, Martin Hanna, and Wilbur Smither.
The Staff Liaison is Wayne Copeland and the
Board Liaison Jeff Atkins.
The Research & Special Projects Committee
meets as called in the POA Administration Building.
