Public Safety
The Department of Public Safety is responsible for police and fire protection, gate access, and ambulance services.

Public Works
The Public Works Department is responsible for providing lake management, parks and grounds maintenance, recycling, sanitation, street maintenance, wastewater, water, and building and vehicle maintenance (for POA facilities and vehicles).

Planning & Inspections
Planning & Inspections issues and monitors all building permits, residential and commercial. Staff conducts inspections of all permitted construction activities, investigates non-criminal complaints, including hazardous trees, exterior maintenance, parking violations, and abuse of common property, provides staff support to the Architectural Control and Common Property & Forest Committees, and manages all major POA projects including planning and construction oversight. It is also responsible for oversight of animal control.

Property Owner Services
Hot Springs Village Property Owner Services provides identification cards for property owners, dependents, and family members, issues gate cards, takes reservations for the RV park, issues visitor cards and work passes, and sells golf coupon books. They are also responsible for assessment billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, utility billing, and deed recording.
